- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆January 31, 2020, by Coy TranTip: Make an appointment online to minimize waiting time. Check online if you can get what you need and even if you need to visit in store. Use the free AT&T Mobile Transfer app to quickly and easily transfer data and files. I visited because I needed a new nano sim card which they didn't have online for my model. It costs $5 for an in-store visit for something that's free online, if available. Even though I was able to get what I needed I still felt they only wanted to do the minimum and get me out of there quickly.
