  Tell you what Belmont....why don't you invest a bit more into educating your staff, let the high priced advertising end until you can get it right, folks those ads with the husband and wife owner looking so glamourous is a joke....lower your expectations....the staff strictly low rent.....not the bow tie crowd at all....I will never step foot in your store again....oh and by the way....you might want to tell your staff to stop yelling at each other while the customer is on hold...what a joke !!!!
